Our tour guide Bob was excellent. He was well versed with the history and offered a lot of insight as we traveled. We really enjoyed spending the day with him. When we return to do it again we will definitely book and request Bob if not someone just as great.

It was fantastic. A couple of things- it was longer than planned with nonstops for food. We had older folks buying chips in the gift shop and gobbling them down. Perhaps recommend packing a snack. Also nowhere was tipping mentioned for the guide. We do not carry cash- had to VENMO him.

I would love to thank Mr. Jay who was our tour guide for his efforts. He told us variety of valuable information about Niagara Falls. Generally, the trip was fabulous. It is advisable to go there. Also the processing of buying ticket was amazing.
