Dania (hopefully I spelt correctly) is an excellent guide who is both knowledgeable and is able to anticipate clients' needs very well. Although we were her last group before the coming low activity period, she was still full of enthusiasm and her cheerfulness rubbed onto all of us! We hope she could get a permanent job offer soon as she is a prized employee to keep!
Excellent guides with experience and knowledge. My trip was divided into two; Niagara Falls was with 9 people, the vehicle seats needed improvement because of the long hours traveling. The Philadelphia and Washington DC tour was in a different vehicle and the seats were very comfortable.
Although there was an error with our booking and maid of mist wasn’t running - Peter was amazing and arranged an alternative tour. He was friendly and informative and we enjoyed our time. Thank you !
VERY NICE ALTHOUGH I HOPED TO GET CLOSER TO THE FALLS...WE DIDN'T EVEN NEED THE PONCHOS...
The trip was amazing, I was happy and enjoy the 4 days trip!
