We have just had the best day, joining BG Tours' Niagara Falls: Boat, Journey Behind the Falls, & Tower Tour, with Bernad as our tour guide. With the ice and snow, we were unable to take the boat trip, but BG Tours arranged Niagara Parks Power Station as an alternative. It was absolutely incredible—and something we wouldn't have considered doing by ourselves. It was a total highlight descending underneath the power station and then walking out at the bottom of the falls. Incredible. Bernad was an incredible guide. He was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He even arranged a helicopter tour of Niagra Falls for us at a discounted rate—again, something we wouldn't have booked ourselves. Today has been a bucket list day. Highly recommended.
Pleased with the communication when the tour had to be altered slightly. Bernard was a great guide and adapted the day to make the most of our visits. He kept in constant communication at each stop. At times it was just us 2 on the tour which made it seem very special. Everything spot on.

Enjoy learning about the origins of the falls and view the American and Canadian power plants that harness the waters of the Niagara River.
Soak in those scenic views as you cruise down the famous Niagara River Parkway. Enjoy narrated stops at the Whirlpool Rapids Observation Deck and the Brink of the Falls.
Next, get ready to get your breath taken away as you head up the Skylon Tower for incredible panoramic aerial views of the Falls. Next, you will be descend below to explore the tunnels behind the falls. Get ready to feel the falls cascading above you on Niagara Park's Journey Behind the Falls.
Finally, you will end your tour on an unforgettable boat cruise right to the base of the Falls.
From approximately December 1st to May 5th (open May 6th) when the boat tour is not operational, you will have the option of visiting the Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory OR the Niagara Power Station.
