This is a great ride. But - For the sky wheel there is zero advantage to buying tickets on Line thru this app. They don’t have a QR code scanner and have to get you to send them your purchase email so they can receive and verify payment. This took an extra 10 minutes. And only one ticket agent has this capacity. Imagine if you weren’t able to do this? Or your phone was dead. It took so long we were tempted to just buy tickets agin in person.

It was nice, however we bought our tickets on line and didn’t realize that there was 5 other attractions at the location and they offered a package deal to do all them. We asked if we could exchange our tickets for the package and they said no. So they lost a chance to make more money.

It was good not awesome nice view from above. Staff at front kiosk should be more friendly,we didn’t have our voucher printed as we are travelling and we emailed her our vouchers to print we waited more than half an hour for them to get emails that we sent 4 times.
