Nonostante il tour sia stato coerente con le visite previste, all'atto della prenotazione ciò che oltretutto mi aveva convinto ad aderire era il prelevamento direttamente in hotel, di cui ho fornito indirizzo (Niagara Falls Canada) al momento del pagamento online. Purtroppo, solo la sera prima del tour sono stata informata del luogo di partenza che ho dovuto raggiungere autonomamente. Il servizio di prelievo in hotel è stato riservato solo ai clienti che si trovavano negli USA. Considerato il costo pagato per 3 persone, mi è sembrato altamente scorretto tale modo di fare. Ritengo che avrebbero dovuto segnalare subito, prima dell'adesione, che il lato Canada non sarebbe stato servito.

Consiglio vivamente questa escursione poiché in mezza giornata si riescono a vedere tutti i siti piú belli delle cascate del Niagara, sia lato Canadese che Americano!

Es war eine wunderschöne Tour. Wir haben alles gesehen was man sehen sollte. Unser tourgide Jim hat uns viele interessante Geschichten erzählt und uns immer wieder auf lohnenswerte Aussichten hingewiesen. Vorteil dieser Tour ust natürlich auch, dass man keine Parkplätze suchen und vor allem bezahlen muss und sich das Schlangestehen spart. Wir würden diese Tour immer wieder machen. ..
