I wanted to personally thank our tour guide/driver Al, who was exceptional in hosting the tour. He connected, grounded, very knowledgable of both Toronto and Niagara Falls and had many stories to go w it, which I loved. The tour I would definitely highly recommend, you get your moneys worth. Well organised and very informative w all details I required to attending and having a successful, enjoyable day. Thanks Al for being an awesome Host, also the admin team for keeping me informed. You definitely see all that is Niagara Falls about. BIG thanks again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Michael was very well-informed about what we saw as well as many unrelated but interesting historical facts. He happily answered all our questions and had a great sense of humor. On a personal level, despite his youth (age mid-20's), he seems to have led an unusually varied life with more than a few significant accomplishments. Were we to return to Niagara Falls, we would request Michael to guide us again. Many thanks to him for a great experience.

We had the most incredible experience and the whole process was seamless and easy. We didn’t wait long and the views were breathtaking! This was hands down our favorite tour of the trip. You will board the hornblower, put on a red poncho and head towards the Falls. You will get WET, but it is so fun. Make sure to bring a water proof case for your phone so you can take lots of pictures!!

Pat R was the perfect balance of knowledge and adventure. He was quick to get us from place to place. He gave us the right amount of time to view each site. Trip spoilt by return travel difficulties. Road closed so dropped off at Metro station to travel on rail system that we had not used before. Then rail line works caused us to use a busy and crowded shuttle service and finally walked the final mine because of lack of help from so called information personnel.
