What People Are Saying About Niagara Falls
The tour started at the correct time at the Meeting point. The whole organisation was quiete well. The winetasting was not so intresting for us. The stop in the small town was nice but 40 minutes are a long time for the stopp. The niagarafall explanation ware right and well, we liked the tour verry much but the temperature in Bus was verry cold.
My friend and I and we have had a fantastic day. Booking the trip was quick and easy through and, as we were staying outside of downtown we were promptly given our meeting point, which was central and easy to find. Our driver and guide was very informative and interesting to listen to. We made a few stops on the way to the falls, the first being a small airport where you could book yourself onto a helicopter or small plane tour. My friend and I decided to ignore our budget and go for the plane and it was brilliant. We had the plane to ourselves as it sits 4 max and had a 30 mins flight over the falls. Our kind driver came back to pick us up once we had landed and then we were off for some wine tasting. After wine tasting we visited the town of Niagara on the Lake where we stopped for lunch before finally heading onto the falls. The falls themselves were wonderful, although it is true what they say about how commercial the area is.We spent 3 hours there then hope.We had the best day!
What a day, very early start, quick drive round a still quite busy New York, airport, check in, super flight looking out over N. Y. and right to the top of the state. Picked up from the airport and our own small group driver and tour guide for the day. Drove to the USA side of the falls, beautiful sight, a blue plastic coat and off we went on the Maid of the Mist, what a way to get soaked and thank goodness for the plastic coat! Over to Canada, super gift shop, then buffet lunch with a view to die for, AMAZING :) Close up of the Horseshoe falls, rapids etc. etc. Our tour guide was a mine of information about the falls, fantastic. Back to the airport for our night flight, lights below, super, over the state back to N.Y. and our ride back to our hotel. What more could you want if seeing the falls is on your to do list and time is valuable, do it all in a day. Excellent value, would recommend, a bargain, well worth it.
The day starts very early with a pick up from your hotel and transported to the airport for a short flight to Buffalo, so far so good. Then the real fun starts when you are met by your guide for the day ,Eduardo , an incredible tour guide full of experience and local knowledge and showcases every angle of Niagara Falls in which is one of the most amazing things I have ever seen. Eduardo looks after his guests from start to finish making sure that everyone is satisfied and happy. I will never forget this day, thank you.
It was an 18 hour day from hotel to hotel with a 4.40 am pick up, but short of packing all your stuff and staying over a night or two it was the only option and the views and experience was completely worth it. We started with The Maid in the Mist which completely blew us away and then spent the day being taken, with a knowledgeable friendly and dynamic guide, from vantage point to vantage point broken by a buffet lunch at the Sheraton which accommodated our vegetarian choices. We saw those falls from every angle and every direction from both sides of the border with just the right amount of time allocated at each stop. This is a day that every person lucky enough to be able to should do at least once in their lives.
