The lady at the ticket booth was not very customer friendly.

Ride was great, ticket booth lady was not very customer friendly. Would not take the electronic voucher where all other excursions did. We booked helicopter rides, boat tours, and this was the only place that didn’t take the electronic vouchers. The ticket booth lady then criticized how we purchased our ticket through the website. That’s always the main response when things don’t go right with an excursion, they always want to place blame on the booking agency. Heck, you guys are the main marketing hub that make things go.

It was nice, however we bought our tickets on line and didn’t realize that there was 5 other attractions at the location and they offered a package deal to do all them. We asked if we could exchange our tickets for the package and they said no. So they lost a chance to make more money.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know of our disappointment on the wheel last night. I took my aunt and two kids and had to wait at the entrance for 15 mins while the tickets were being printed, and in the rain. Seems the hard copy has to be printed as opposed to just scanning the bar codes from the online purchase. However once on the wheel , the entire compartment was steamed up and with the rain on the glass you could barely see anything . My family wanted off before the 1st cycle but no one responded to the call we tried to make from the compartment. Once we finished the ride, I asked the young attendants but no one was helpful. I just tried to explain that you should have let the customers know that the visibility is very poor due the adverse weather conditions as the rain and steam inside the units make it difficult to view anything
