Let us take you on a flavour journey with our Steeltown and Dragon’s Breath handcrafted spirits while we teach you the basics of spirits and bar equipment before you try your own lush cocktail inventions in our cave of curiosities. Available on the last Friday of the month at 7 pm.

  • Introduction to Spirit of Wales!
  • Making of 3 Cocktail (these vary but typically include a Vodka, Gin and Rum).
