James was amazing!!!! We will definitely be doing it again and requesting James if possible. His knowledge and storytelling ability was incredible and we loved his sense of humour and ability to relate his knowledge to the tour group. Thank you James- our best experience in NYC yet!!!

Our tour guide was clever, remembered people's names, was full of facts about history and the financial crisis. I thought it was worth it, especially since I had a tween with me who is keenly interested in the financial markets. It was a bit too long for the tween, but he learned new things and enjoyed walking around the area.

This tour nicely integrates an overview of the history of Wall Street by visiting specific sites, with the underlying causes of the financial crisis, its unfolding and aftermath. Having an insider describe what happened during the crisis makes all the difference. Unfortunately the casual visitor cannot enter the New York Stock Exchange due to security since 9/11. You also see the site of Lower Manhatten's first terrorist attack - a large home-made bomb delivered by horse and cart. As for the famous charging bull, if you want a photo without the crowds, go visit after an early breakfast. Our small group was so interested and interesting our guide stayed with us longer than the stipulated 2 hours. A tour well worth doing.
