What to Expect
Mafiosos are known for their strong "family" ties, and Jewish mobsters are no exception. Experience the history and culture of New York City's Jewish Gangstas of the Lower East Side on this edu-taining private tour with New York's First Family of Tour Guides! We aren't mobsters, but we sure know a lot about them!
Monk Eastman ran the Eastman gang, known as one of the most notorious gangs in New York history. But, he was still buried as a decorated WWI soldier. Bugsy Siegel and Meyer Lanksy first met over a dodgy dice game on Rivington Street. Years later, they became "colleagues" and orchestrated the mafia that turned bootleg liquor into a multi-million dollar enterprise. They eventually put Las Vegas on the map as the gambling capital of America.
They were mobsters. They were businessmen. They were the Jewish Gangsters of the Lower East Side.
