It was wonderful! I was able to call our guide directly and let him know our driver was running late. He waited on us and didn't make us feel rushed or cut our tour short. He was incredibly knowledgable about historical and cultural facts about the park. It was delightful!

It was great, Nico had a lot of knowledge of the park and area surrounding it. Due to an event they closed a part of the park unfortunately so we weren’t able to see the fountains. However, Nico made it up by showing us the most beautiful views. Thank you Nico!

Niko arrived on time and made us very welcome. He was super friendly and very knowledgable - he shared lots of facts about the park and New York as well as his own experiences. Jack was a great horse and full of character. Highly recommend. Was a lovely experience for my birthday.
