I cannot say enough about the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. It is inspiring, heartbreaking, a truly profound experience. Needless to say, the lines can become overwhelming. Booking through Get Your Guide made the experience quite simple, allowing us to focus on our visit. I highly recommend Get Your Guide. We have used their services in NY, London, and Glasgow. Looking forward to using them in other cities as well!
Great experience and amazing views. Despite the short queues to get in (there was hardly a queue for those without 'skip the line' tickets) it was really busy which spoilt the experience a little. We went to watch the sunset, which may explain why it was so busy - if you do the same I recommend that you get there well in advance to get a good spot to view!
A beautiful honor to the many who perished innocently & to those who heroically went in to save them and perished with them. May it eternally help future generations to come to Never Forget the sacrifices. I cried again as I did on 9/11/2001. Thank you for this memorial, a testament to man's love for our fellowman.
We were told to meet at meeting point to exchange voucher with actual ticket but it wasn't necessary. The voucher already had bar code to use as ticket so we just went straight to entrance. We were looking for booth or a person at meeting point but we didn't find anyone and it wasn't necessary.
The artifacts, memorials, videos, etc. available in the Memorial and Musem are all excellent reminders of the terrible tragedy of September 11, 2001 and the sacrifice of so many lives.
