• Redeem your voucher at the local tour operator's office, located on 777 8th Avenue, New York. Open daily from 8 AM to 5 PM
• All passes are valid for 1 year from purchase date and only become activated with your first attraction visit. After activation, your pass will be valid for the number of days on your pass.
• Each attraction may be visited only once
• Entry process and hours of operation for individual attractions vary, especially around holiday periods; stay informed and check with each attraction prior to visiting
• Advanced reservations may be made for tours included on the pass when you mention you are a Sightseeing Pass holder
• The age range for the Child Day Pass is between the ages of 3 and 12. Please note that children aged 2 years and younger are free at participating attractions

Too bad the information is contradictory as to the use of the pass: in some places it is said that it can be saved on the phone, in others that it must be validated. Suddenly in doubt we went to the office: it was actually not necessary and made us lose a good hour! Otherwise I am not sure that it is profitable given the time it takes to do each activity!

Beware of changes of address to collect the passes, it can happen (information by email) For the Outlets in Woodbury, you must reserve the places when you collect the passes, and remember to come back to the same counter on D-day to collect the tickets before going to the bus platform.
