We loved the MoMA! It was such a fantastic display of modern art and every corner we turned there was something exciting and fun to see. DO NOT go in without a plan (unless you like that 😂)! Since we went in with not as much time as we wanted, we should have at least planned out our musts sees and where to go. But overall, we highly recommend visiting - especially on a hot, cold, rainy day - any day to escape the elements or have a change of scenery, it’s a perfect place to visit! One thing: if you think you’re going to stay at the museum up until the very last minute, you’re very wrong. People start to be ushered out before the closing time and they are very strict about it. We were unfortunately for so close to seeing Andy Warhol’s coup cans (and we still had 5 minutes!) and we were told we couldn’t go. As visitors to the city with limited time frames who hope to get every minute, this is just something we expected and felt limited in that respect.

We really enjoyed our visit. We were offered a wheelchair as we entered so my 81 yr old Mom could move through the museum and enjoy the paintings she loves. We were worried she might not get to see everything because she has a bad knee and uses a cane. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
