We had Jonathan as our guide and he did a great job. He explained a lot in understandable English and gave a lot of information to us. Thank you (if someone shouldn't understand anything, Jonathan was able to translate it into German)

The tour was fascinating! Our tour guide, Bill S., was engaging and, although he must have lead scores of tours before, he kept his talk fresh. I especially appreciated the way he added personal notes to the tour based on his 25 years commuting through GCT. At the end of our tour, he gave my sister and me an excellent recommendation for spending the rainy afternoon. We took the New Haven line to Greenwich, CT. There we enjoyed a stroll around the charming street adjacent to the train station and toasted her retirement with a special drink. Thank you, Bill, and thank you NYC: The Secrets of Grand Central Terminal tour!

John is a great storyteller and makes the 1.5 hours go by very fast. His personal relationships with people around the terminal gives tour participants extra access to view special places at Grand Central. He’s funny and charming and worth every penny spent.
