We had a free morning and felt this would be an interesting tour before flying back home to uk. Your guide was friendly and very knowledgeable and we found out things about Grand Central Terminal that you’d never know in just walking through it. Great behind the scenes tour and fun.

The tour started with a talk about the history of Grand Central - not too in depth. Which set the scene for what was to follow. The walk about itself was interesting and informative. Although this tour is advertised as one and a half hours people should be prepared for it to run over time stated. I would say it's more of a two-hour tour. However, you are informed at the beginning if you need to leave after one and a half hours that would be fine. I found the tour informative and excellent value for money.

Good insight of this so magnificent Train station…even more than a train station as it is so beautiful and full of history. We could not have understood so much about Grand Central Station without our guide John. And great preparation of the tour including head-sets for everyone of us so we could hear our guide perfectly!
