- Child safety seat
Know before you go
- New York State law requires that all children be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle until they are 8 years old. Starting November 1, 2019, all children under 2 years old must ride in a rear-facing car seat. Bus drivers are not required to provide them and the activity provider will not be responsible if you are unable to access the bus.
- To ensure that your child has a seat, you must bring your own, or inform the activity provider well in advance
- This tour does not include a visit to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. No visa is required to visit the U.S. side of Niagara Falls. If you wish to visit the Canadian side on your own, please note that a valid passport and Canadian visa are required.
