The visit to the statue of liberty on a beautiful day is something magnificent The history and the statue itself are incredible there is a museum where they also show a movie of the history construction transportation and inauguration of the statue It was just bad going through security in manhattan yet but I believe that we were unlucky because some scanners were broken which caused a lot of queue Ellis island is also interesting but I expected more because in fact it was enormously important and ends up not having the guide inside because they are not allowed

Patrick was a great tour guide and really well informed on the history of all the islands (Liberty, Ellis, all the boroughs). I’m a New York native and I learned some new information on the tour. He took great photos of the group. This was my birthday celebration and I had a wonderful time. Thanks Patrick!

The tour to Liberty Island takes three hours and includes the Liberty Museum and a walk up to the top of the pedestal. The wait for security is long - at least it was on the saturday morning that we went, but shorter if you're on the tour, rather than walking up. The guide Marc Landman, was excellent, funny, informative and also very organized in describing what would be coming next and keeping the group together. He had a lot of background information on history related to the Statue of Liberty and the surroundings.
