We took the one hour cruise around the Statue if Liberty. My daughter and grandsons with me. Skipping the line by buying ahead of time was great and we got good inside seats since it was cold. The charge of $25 was very fair and the guide was very informative and jnteresting. Great views of the city.

Very organized. Our prebooked tix led us straight to the entrance line where they take your pics for purchase. Concession stand was fast with service. Bathrooms clean. We enjoyed the outdoor seating. Guide was informative. We didn’t go under the Brooklyn bridge which was advertised so that was a lil disappointing cuz I was expecting it. Pier 83 was easy to access from our hotel in Chelsea. We walked from there to Times Square no problem . Love the GetYourGuide app. It had all info I needed before the tour

The trip was absolutely fine. Very informative and staff were welcoming. However, if you have booked on line, get there early to collect your tickets. We nearly missed our trip due to being in line for half an hour because of people purchasing tickets for other sailings We saw one couple complaining about the same thing to a staff member and they went straight to the desk. We followed suit. They should have a collection desk for prepaid tickets. They will only accept printed vouchers too.
