Overall, the tour was very interesting, and our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. I've loved Radio City Music Hall since my first visit as a little girl in the early 1960s. But as many times as I've been there over the years, I never knew or appreciated the beautiful art all around. My only disappointment was that we were unable to go backstage, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

Great experience. Checked in when we arrived in NYC and they let us in for the next tour at 11:15am. Tour guide was excellent and the building and its history were fascinating. At first our tour was the 10 of us plus another couple, but then they added a group of 16 to our group just after our tour started. It was definitely more pleasant when our group was smaller, but it was the busy season due to the Christmas Spectacular, so it was the best it could be.

Me, my wife and my niece were in New York for about a day and a half before traveling to Europe. One of the things that I wanted to do was take a tour or RCMH. I had been before back in High School as part of a band trip but didn't remember a whole lot of what I saw. So glad that I was able to come back. It was really interesting to see and hear some of the history of the theater. Would definitely recommend taking a tour if you are interested in theater in any way!
