The day we had scheduled turned out rainy and when we arrived the staff at the door told us we could reschedule for no charge since visibility was zero. Once we were on the top floor we could move around freely. Our tickets included the iPad which is a must. It will identify the bridges, buildings, etc that you can see.

Unfortunately, the day we scheduled ended up being the only overcast day of our trip, so there was zero visibility from the observation deck. We were made aware of the zero visibility when we checked in and were offered a reschedule, but this was the only day that worked during our trip. Check your weather prior to booking or be schedule-flexible :)

Worth the extra money to skip the line and have flexible arrival! The priority status granted by this option also allowed priority exit! After a day of doing touristy things and the resulting achy legs and exhaustion, not having to wait in lines at entry and exit made the experience all the more enjoyable and memorable! The app also offers way less expensive tickets than going straight through the website. Got 4 slip the line flex tickets using the app for the price of basic tix using the website.
