This is an amazing top of the line attraction. I would certainly recommend to everyone! my only complaint is that there aren’t any options for phone charging, considering everyone uses their smartphone to take lots of photos among other things; no charging stations to be found. A lot of staff workers around but no one could spare a charger. A gift shop operated by apple technology but no way to charge an apple phone when asked. It is becoming common practice in many locations around the world to have charging stations in public places, to request chargers and power banks in restaurants and other service facilities. This is year 2022, the world has changed and smartphones are an integral part of most peoples lives. It is a shame that the most popular attraction in one of the most famous cities in the world does not offer phone charging options to its numerous visitors. It’s not difficult to do and I hope it gets done ASAP

The wait sucked due to the elevators. After the line started moving again things went fast. The elevator ride up and down was a lot of fun. And super fast. I paid the extra money to skip the line and I would recommend paying the extra unless you like to stand in line. The views were just Amazing.

Went for the all inclusive ticket which allowed us to skip the line and saved a lot of waiting around. 360 degree view from the top was fantastic, as it was a clear day, Liberty and Ellis Islands, New Jersey and downtown Manhattan were clearly visible.as well as the 3 bridges connecting Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens Exhibits and commentaries were excellent including the amazing video in the elevator to and from the top floor. The only negative was the price of items in the Cafe, $13 for a small can of beer is a total rip off
