I really enjoyed using this pass, but I will say that sometimes it can get confusing on how to use it in different locations. If it was a little more seamless or had more detailed instructions all in one place , it would be a 5 star rating. It said that my tickets for the Empire State Building could be upgraded but the kiosk said to see attendant and the attendant said that if it gave us that error that we couldn't upgrade the tickets. Luckily we went at 10:15am on a Monday and there was only a 2 minute wait for the elevators. If we went during a busier time, especially in the summer, I would've been disappointed that I couldn't upgrade the ticket to a fast pass. Maybe it was just the attendants knowledge...not sure. Either way, best bang for your buck if you want to see the top NYC attractions.

The City pass was a great benefit to us during our few days in New York. We packed as much in to the few days, and seen plenty. It was a few years since we were last in New York, for a number of our party it was a first time, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. One of the highlights was the Circle Line boat tour, it was done at night, which made it even more spectacular. My youngest son was able to face time his grandparents back home to show them some of the sights on the tour. Thoroughly enjoyable.

You simply have to see Ellis Island and Liberty Island. Impressive to see how immigrants came to America full of hope. Also sad that some were found to be unwell and had to go back. It is distressing that here too the arrival of the whites caused the extinction and expulsion of the original inhabitants. 9/11 memorial and museum Very Impressive. A must see. It does something to you. It touches. Empire State Building is beautiful and great view!!
