The refreshments were lousy and expensive. The trip itself was excellent. Even the chairs on the ship were decent and relatively bearable to sit on. The performance of the tour guide, who didn't shut up the whole time, was admirable. Some brevity wouldn't have hurt.

The security guard was stupid and told us to join the line after we showed him tickets on mobile. Eventually got to ticket window and told to just board ship going past the guard. Big flashing sign says buy online avoid the queue. Apart from that small can beer is £10 on board, crisps £3 a normal packet. As we were in the line, no seats on top deck but we stood at rear end of ship and had a great time.

Nice big ship with plenty of room. There was food and drink available but we didn’t get anything so can’t comment on that. The trip to and from the island was nice even with the very cold and very windy weather. I do wish the windows on the inside were a little clearer to be able to take pictures if you don’t want to go outside in the weather but I know that it’s hard to keep them clean from the water splashing on them. It was kinda hard to hear the man talking overhead at times but from what I could hear he is very knowledgeable. Overall I will say that I would do it again but maybe in the spring or summer when the weather is nicer.
