Full description
Step back in time on an amazing tour of Liberty Island and the Statue of Liberty from Battery Park in Lower Manhattan. Walk through the park and discuss its significant history with your student guide as you make you way to the old military fort of Castle Clinton.

Skip the long lines to take the ferry to Liberty Island, and then enter the pedestal of the statue on arrival. Visit the museum to learn more about the monument and get great views of Manhattan from the deck.

Climb aboard another ferry and sail over to Ellis Island, where the first immigrants to arrive in New York in the 19th century were processed. Explore the museum and memorials to get an insight into how America was built on immigration from the Old World. Then, take the ferry back to Manhattan or choose to remain on Ellis Island to relax, eat or look up your family records.
