the overall visit was very good, the service at the event was staffed by polite, welcoming workers who were polite ,friendly and gave the event a great atmoshere. The place was carefully attended and kept clean, which made our stay very comfortable . My complaint was with registration . I had trouble with my initial registration and getting a response, fortunately i had money to reapply and my bank helped me get reimbursed . Why no response to issues or questions ?? Otherwise the ice cream museum is a good time .

My experience was fun and exciting but I didn’t enjoy that it was a lot of camp groups. The amount of kids during the camp groups was insane and not enjoyable do to the wait time. Also in the pit of sprinkles, my child couldn’t even get in because it became overwhelming with the amount of kids. Hopefully I can attend another time without the full load of camps.

They make it seem like it’s unlimited ice cream of many flavors but it’s only like 4 choices Raspberry, Pineapple, cookies and cream and chocolate. Over and over again. Also it’s “unlimited” pre section from 2 choices at a time. My daughter wanted to go to the sprinkle pool first which is the last station. After she finished play in there she wanted to do the mega slide and was not able to return to that area. There’s a lot of selfie station. It’s more of a self museum with play area. It’s NOT a true museum with history with many tasting centers with cream flavors all around the world.
