With a choice of two different 1-day tickets with two route options, explore New York from onboard the open-top, double-decker sightseeing bus. Hop-off at the attractions you want to explore further, and see the city at your own pace before hopping back on the bus when you're ready to continue your tour. Travel on the Downtown Loop and the Uptown Loop, jumping off at any of the 18 stops along the way. Enjoy the best of Manhattan, from the flashing lights of Times Square and the iconic Empire State Building–New York's most prestigious skyscraper–to the fashion stores of 5th Avenue, or the impressive home of the United Nations. I easily exchanged my voucher for a ticket at the specified location shortly after 8 a.m. in the morning. I started the downtown tour right at 9 a.m. Then immediately the Uptown. This was also a good thing, because by midday there were very long queues at the bus stops, at least in Times Square. Both routes were good and interesting for me as this is my first time in New York. If you want to get a first impression this tour is good. However, I personally think the price is a bit too expensive. Up to 10€ less would be reasonable. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The principle is excellent. Stops don't enrich. The magnificent views.... The only negative point: their ticket: a receipt with a flash code. A gust of wind and I lost one out of 3. Our visit ended there. They never wanted to reissue a ticket for my daughter. We didn't do it Uptown. Just downtown.

Exchanging the voucher for tickets went without any problems. The employee tried to talk us into VIP passes for $ 25.00 per person, but we did not do this. We have always had a place on the upper deck and a guide tells you what to see. You can also opt for a digital guide in other languages. We really liked it.
