Vitali had us in awe of his knowledge of the park. He also was fun from the minute we met right up to taking the time to drop us off at Century21 for some shopping. Vitali ensured we had plenty of photo moments and even took some for us. I cannot speak highly enough of Vitali's service. Thankful to have met him.
Elizabeth our guide was excellent, bringing the tragedy of 9 / 11 to life in a sensitive and personal way. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects, the tour, the museum, the memorial and the views from the observation deck of the new building 1 of the World Trade Centre.
There is a very Knowledgeable Guy narrating on this trip.he points out all the main Attractions. You sail right up to the Statue of Liberty.Sail under the Fabulous Bridges.This really is a trip worth doing.There is a couple of bars on board selling cold drinks.
We spent over the five hours completing the tour and could have taken longer but time was pressing. Our guide was very interesting, the museum very sobering and informative bringing back memories of the day, the Observatory was a good way to finish the event.
The "skip the queues booking" is quite expensive but probably worth it on a busy day. Unfortunately the day we went (the only option for us) was very wet, windy and cloudy so there were no queues and the views were somewhat limited. Luck of the draw!
