Pre-booking guarantees your spot, and the museum is filled with artifacts that enrich your experience following our guided tour. If you select the 9/11 Museum entry option, your tour will include timed entry tickets to minimize waiting times. The entry time will be scheduled for the end of your tour, but the entry time may vary depending on the day's availability.  Please note that this is not a guided visit. Visitors can explore the exhibitions at their own pace and take time to honor the memory of those who perished. The 9/11 Museum contains artifacts from the events of 9/11 and you can also listen to recordings from people who were there on that day.

Please meet your guide outside St. Paul's Chapel on 209 Broadway (between Fulton & Vesey Streets). They will be there 15 minutes before the tour starts and they will be wearing an orange hat.

The tour was excellent with personal perspectives from the tour guide as he was at Ground Zero the day of the tragedy. He is highly knowledgeable and was available to answer our questions. The memorials and sites he took us to really immersed us into what happened on that day. Highly recommended. Suggest getting the optional museum pass as well as the exhibits and 12-min video are informative and engaging as well.
