What people are saying about New York City

Despite a half hour delay in getting started due to some ticketing glitch, the tour was excellent, primarily due to the skills and delivery by our guide Alvaro. He knew all the details and his delivery was superb - just right amount of humor, detail, even suspense to keep our attention. The tour ended at Ellis Island and gave us as much time as we wanted to explore, but the tour description should note that for a full experience at Ellis Island, one should allot at least 2-3 hours

Brooke was our tour guide and was very well informed and had lots of pics to enhance the information she shared. She kept the group together and gave clear instructions on where to go, how to get there, and what to see. Unfortunately it was a cold day (-9) so by the end there was nothing poor Brooke could say that could hold our attention as we just wanted to get inside and out of the cold.

Our guide, Alice, was top-notch. The friendliest person, by far, we have encountered — and extremely knowledgeable. Alice weaves the historical lessons with interesting anecdotes. She clearly could be a stage actress, due to her expressions and strong voice.

Great Experience. Especially when you first arrive and see the massive queue!!! Jim, our guide was great and quite funny. Went with kids and they loved it. 4 hours seemed quite a bit but in the end it was perfect timing!

Victoria was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and made sure the group stayed together and got the best views etc. Would have been good to have an extra 30 mins on Liberty Island to seed the new museum too.
