The guide (Dana) and driver (Dave) were exceptional, as were the folk at the meeting point (Angel). I had an issue with a mis-laid camera after we got on the first bus. They allowed me to get off, and because of the distance I had to walk arranged for us to board the next bus. (I found my camera - thank you New York!!) Tour was great. My first time in New York, so the extensive tour was a great introduction to the place, hitting all the major landmarks, plus some. My wife did comment that she wish we had had enough time in the schedule for the 9/11 museum. We saw the memorial, but not the museum. I highly recommend this tour as an ideal start to a New York visit.

Beibg first timers to NYC, i wanted a tour that would give us a great overview of the city. We saw and learned so much. Hit so many iconic sights and loved the walk in Central Park. Our guide was fantastic, answering questions we had about things. Our train connection to the starting point took us longer than we anticipated and we knew we were going to be late. But a call to the company, and the diligence of the person I talked to, they were able to tell us where to go and they picked us up on the way! Incredible service. And our driver made us feel at ease. I'd recommend this tour to anyone, especially if it's the first time being in NYC. There's no way you could see and experience this type of tour on your own. We'll worth the money spent and loved every bit of it!

Good day trip and Steve was great. However as the bay was full we had to sit at the back and thought we could move at the next stop so all fair but was told you have to keep the same seat! Very unfortunate as without a window seat you don’t see as much. I would recommend that changing seats is allowed so it’s fair to everyone. We all paid the same ticket price.
