    Das Abholen der Fahrräder war etwas holprig. Erst hieß es sehr gelangweilt wir seien falsch bei Ihnen. Irgendwann, weil wir keine Ruhe gaben, fanden sie die Buchung. Einen Ausweis oder Kreditkarte als Sicherheit dazulassen, finde ich absolut unangemessen. Man bezahlt mit Kreditkarte, das ist eine Sicherheit. Außerdem steht diese Bedingung vor der Buchung nirgends, erst im Voucher. Rückgabe war unkompliziert.

    Recomiendo el alquiler de bicis con esta empresa. La tienda está en la 6th, muy cerca de Central Park. Puedes ir a cualquier hora, teniendo en cuenta la hora de cierre y las horas de alquiler de las bicis. Son muy simpáticos. No tuvimos que esperar nada de tiempo. Se quedan con tu DNI como fianza de la bici hasta que la devuelves.

    Cuatro horas es suficiente para ver lo básico del parque y almorzar en la explanada. Las bicicletas están bien e incluyen todo, menos la cesta (a nosotros no nos hizo falta) Si podéis pedir dos candados mejor... Porque a veces era difícil dejar las dos bicicletas juntas y atadas.
