It was great. The only problem was we booked an English speaking tour and it was combined with a German speaking tour. The tour guide spoke both languages, which was great and she was very nice. The only problem was that she would start sharing a thought in German and then conclude that same thought in English. So we were only getting half of the information lol. It was fine though. Kudos to her for being bilingual. I'm sure it would have been quite exhausting to have to relay an of the information in both languages. The bus was very clean and comfortable, just a little squishy for my tall, broad shouldered husband.

Our guide (an interesting, entertaining and hardworking lady) was amazing and we had all enjoyed her tour immensely. Get your guide was rubbish. We booked a ‘small group’ tour and ended up on a full size coach with Germans. Two guides on board and the German one didn’t like sharing the microphone so our English Speaking guide really had to work hard to share her info. The guide was a wonderful blonde haired Austrian lady and I’m full of praise for her. She exceeded our expectations and even had my teenagers interested! Get your guide need to be more careful about what you allow people to book and what you deliver, you let us down.

Our tour guide Sergio made this trip an absolute delight as he was so professional and nice. It was a great insight into how different other areas of NYC are to just Manhattan. Movie locations were pointed out to us and there was plenty of opportunities to take excellent photographs. The service provided by the guide and his driver was first class.
