It was as expected, having toured in many other countries with the same tour company. The weather didn't quite play it's part on the day we used it, but we still got the most out of the tour and buses were generally on time and could usually get a seat so all was good for our day on the big bus tour.

The tour gives you a great overview on NY. Due to traffic conditions the tour for both lines take a whole day (without getting off the bus). If you do get off and want to get on again, sometimes you have to wait for 45 minutes for a bus to come by We could sit on the top of the bus, but if it is raining, I would not recomment the tour.

We didn't get to Coney Island (they don't go in March), but the tour was amazing! Great way to spend 5 hours. Our tour guide (Jorge) was one of the best we've ever had and we've done a LOT of travelling. Great way to see the parts of NYC that most people never visit, with stops at the Apollo Theater (Harlem), Yankee Stadium (the Bronx), a bodega (for amazing empanadas), Flushing Meadows (home of the US Open tennis tournament), and DUMBO (for great photos of the Manhattan skyline). This tour was one of the highlights our 8-night trip to NYC, our fifth visit to the city!
