The location given to us in our booking did not have bikes available despite our reservation. We did end up getting bikes at the second location we were sent to but it added on 15 minutes to an already long walk. In the end the bikes were awesome and we had fun!

Rental location was easy to find, and there was no wait. Got a basket, helmet, and lock free of charge. Close to Central Park, and an hour was the perfect amount of time to bike around it and back (though you won't really be able to stop and rest, so keep that in mind). Would rent from here again.

on arrival the staff were friendly and very efficient, the bikes were good quality, any extras were given immediately for instance a basket for bags, lock and key and helmet. it was approx 5 minute walk to Central Park, I didn’t feel confident enough to ride there in the traffic, but as I say not a long walk at all, After an enjoyable cycle round the park we took our bikes back and again the staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.
