Once on board, trains such as the 20th Century Limited set the highest standard of luxury travel for the era. Granted landmark status in 1976, Grand Central Terminal remains one of New York’s most majestic landmarks, with many stories to tell. Tour was very interesting; Ben was very knowledgeable

Ben should have had a sign or something indicating who he was so we didn't have to stand around wondering where he was. Ben was very good, knowledgeable but he needs to look at all of his customers and be sure he shows pictures to all his customers so they won't have to ask him to do that. Otherwise, the tour was very interesting.

A Glimpse of the History of an Iconic Landmark

Our guide was very knowledgeable and we were able to see and learn a lot about the history of Grand Central Station. I enjoyed the photos of the station in the past but trying to look at them in a small size on an iPad while in a group of about 20 was not really workable. I would suggest enlarging them, printing them out and laminating them so that they could be passed around and everyone could see them clearly. I would certainly go on another of Ben's Bagel Tours. The fresh bagel was a nice touch.
