Jason was great to show us the best places to eat. It was raining hard, and we did not bring umbrellas. Jason to the rescue! He had three umbrellas that saved us. We went on a Sunday, which was good as there was very little traffic and we had more time to spend at the sites. We spent too much time at the waterfall and this made our time in Jiufen constrained. I would spend less time at the waterfall and more time at Jiufen Old Street. Jiufen has better options for eating and more shops than Shihnfen. In Schihfen the decorating and sending up a lantern was a highlight. This is a worthwhile trip.

Edward was professional and friendly. He picked us up in a clean Lexus. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t a new car as it’s so clean it looked like it just came out of a dealership. It’s a comfortable ride and trip all day. We’re glad we opted for a private tour versus a group tour as everything was on our time table. We saw a bunch of group tours and they were carted like cattle we would have hated that whole experience. Totally worth the $$ we paid.

Very good trip, the car was comfortable for the 6 of us and including luggage. I made the booking a bit late in the night and early morning I received the confirmation, and all was on time.

Our guide Charles was excellent very informative and would highly recommend this tour. Bob and Sue Australia

The response was quick and the car was clean, so I felt at ease. Thank you very much.
