Although you can not go into the cemetery at this time, our guide James was very well versed in the historical aspects of the cemetery. He also pointed out some historical buildings such as a slaves quarters, the main house where the slaves went (The Hermann-Grima House), and the first Catholic Church. James also recommended restaurants in the area. Overall a great tour.

Graham was my tour guide, he is AWESOME!! Not only is he native of Louisiana, he is passionate about passing on the correct history of the past. This tour is an "hands on approach" of Louisana torrent past, and sheds light on the mismanagement of the Archdiocese on the preservation of such important history of today !!

Our guide was knowledgeable and made an effort to give us the full experience. The tour was long and covered a large area (which is a good and bad thing in different ways). Due to no fault of tour company, the cemetery is closed to the public so we were unable to explore the unique tombs.
