- Shuttle pick-up is available from many New Orleans hotels. However, some hotels are inaccessible by bus and will require walking a few blocks to a nearby pick-up location. Cajun Pride Swamp Tours shuttle bus is white with red letters. Transportation pick-up begins 1.5 hours prior to scheduled tour time and have a 30-minute window. Please be OUTSIDE and ready for pick-up when the driver arrives, keeping in mind that buses have no parking areas and will be allowed to stop only momentarily for pick-ups. Due to traffic delays and the number of stops, we ask that you be outside and ready for this 30-minute period. In consideration for all guests and for sanitation reasons, there is no eating or drinking in the shuttle. Big Joe our bus drive was so funny and knowledgeable. Got us from our hotel yesterday the swamp with his knowledge of NOLA. Captain Brandon was so funny and engaging. He made the trip so wonderful. I highly recommend using Cajun swamp as your tour guide.

Meeting point
Meet at Cajun Pride Swamp Tours. By car/rideshare from New Orleans, follow the I-10 West towards Baton Rouge. Take the LaPlace exit (EXIT 209) and turn right at the bottom of the ramp. After 0.5 miles you’ll arrive at the meeting point. Upon arrival, please proceed directly upstairs to check-in and obtain an entrance ticket. An entrance ticket is required in order to tour the swamp. Tour boats leave promptly at tour time and cannot be held back for guests that arrive late.

Know before you go
- Tours run rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather (thunderstorms), the guest needs to call (800) 467-0758 from 7:00am to 7:00pm to reschedule their reservation.
- We suggest comfortable and casual attire. We are a family establishment, and proper attire is required including shirt and shoes. No offensive language or imagery. No booty/cheeky shorts. No swimsuits or similar attire.
- If the transportation option is chosen, the shuttle pick-up window is 1.5 hours before tour time:
- 8:00-8:30am pick-up for the 9:30am swamp tour
- 10:30-11:00am pick-up for the 12:00pm swamp tour
- 12:30-1:00pm pick-up for the 2:15pm swamp tour
- For Self Drive or Ride Share:
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to tour time. The traffic along the route to Cajun Pride can be unpredictable and tour boats leave promptly at tour time. If taking Uber (rideshare), there could be quite a delay so please give yourself extra time and we advise pre-schedule returns. Tour boats leave promptly at tour time.
