The food was delicious. Seeing how to make the recipes then being provided the recipes to try at home was cool. You get a decide amount of food to try. The chef had suggestions for people to try if they didn’t like an ingredient or want to try other things in the dish.

Wonderful experience!! We were greeted by our very skilled Chef Diane Marie “Gumbo Marie”. We were seated at our preset table settings. Cold water, iced tea and coffee were immediately available. After sitting and covering the preliminaries, we were introduced to our Wonderful server, Keith. Keith is so quiet and humble, very nice young man. Also there was Rico who assisted the Chef and kept us laughing with his friendly banter with the Chef. Everything was homemade. The biscuits were like your grandma or auntie’s that live in the country and bakes from scratch.. Delicious!! We sat back and watched the Chef prepare gumbo, jambalaya, banana foster and pralines as she described every step and also provided tips and variations we could use for the recipes. Keith served us as we enjoyed each dish separately (we ate each as it was finished being prepared). Beer was served with the meal if you like. Chef Marie timed the dishes perfectly for our enjoyment. BOOK IT!! You will have no regrets!
