Our chef (Dianne) was fantastic - upbeat, well-paced, clear, entertaining and amusing! Dianne also gave us great history and information about Creole vs Cajun and other aspects of New Orleans and Louisiana. The classroom size of approx. 50-60 people worked well. Most importantly the food was spectacular - the crab bisque, the gumbo, the pralines AND the bananas foster. This is well worth it at twice the price! I highly recommend this activity!

Wonderful cooking demonstration from Harriet! She mixed culture and history into her recipes, it was a lot more than just cooking or making recipes. As someone who does not enjoy cooking, I left thinking that maybe I’d try one of those recipes out for myself! Highly recommend.

The instructor was great! She gave a wonderful history in cooking. Her demo and knowledge was outstanding. The food was good. My mom did not enjoy the etoufee and thought the praline needs more nuts. Totally our fault - but we assumed that we would be cooking
