Start at the Lafayette cemetery, and listen as your guide tells you the unique funeral customs and traditions of New Orleans. Explore the architecture of the Garden District, home to historic mansions, colorful shotgun houses, and beautiful oak trees.

Check out local shops on Magazine Street before arriving at your first food stop which include an indulgent taste of Creole fusion and the multicultural influences that shaped the 300-year-old city.

Learn about Cajun people and Find out what influence they had on the culinary culture of Louisiana. The first two food stops include either a choice from a menu of craft beers from local breweries, a cocktail, house sangria, a mimosa, or a non-alcoholic beverage.

Along the way, visit locally-owned shops and an art gallery before finishing on a sweet note at the dessert stop for specialty, filled beignets, and a cafe au lait. Finish with plenty of recommendations for local fun and flavors.

This was a great tour! Lots of great information Michelle was a great guide for the virgin traveler in NO!! Great tips and history! We loved her so much we passed her card on. Other people we bumped into were very jealous of our experience!! We wanted to share it with everyone!

Tour was great, mostly because of the experience of the tour operator, the DELICIOUS food, and our guide’s love of her neighborhood! We heard bits and pieces of history, mixed in with information about the area and local shops. We left stuffed, and even took some food back to our hotel. You get to choose your own food, which is unlike any tour we’ve ever been on before, and everything was so yummy (not an exaggeration)! This tour was some of the best money spent during our time in New Orleans!

This was such a fun tour! We stopped at 3 different places to eat/drink and got to learn about the area and New Orleans in general at each stop and in between. Michelle was so nice and incredibly smart! The food we had (red beans and rice, napoleon, stuffed beignets and roast beef po boys) was all delicious! Highly suggest doing this tour and seeing the area!
