  • All tour routes are subject to street closures due to parades and festivals which may close off certain streets in the French Quarter and Marigny
  • Children 3 and under are free and considered "Lap Children".
  • Wheelchairs can be locked up at Jackson Square meeting point
  • Small Pets under 20lbs are welcome
  • All carriages have covered seating and the carriage tours operate in the rain or shine
  • There are no refunds for missed tour appointments due to rain
  • In extreme inclement weather events, tours might be canceled for safety reasons
  • All mules receive at least 3-6 months of vacation per year on a countryside farm

The highlight of our NOLA trip was our ride with Sarah and JellyRoll! We were running behind, thanks Uber, and they called to check on us and were kind enough to wait. We couldn’t go down JellyRoll and Sarah’s usual route, but he still did quite well considering. Sarah was incredibly great at giving us tons of great history on not only New Orleans, but the origins of many of the idiosyncrasies of its culture. Specifically, we thoroughly enjoyed the cemetery tour and the background of the burial process and heritage of those buried. We will absolutely do this again! Thanks Sarah!!

Charlie and his partner, Pretty Boy were great. Charlie was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We got to see places and things we didn't even know were there. The only way to improve on the experience would be to make the ride longer. We would do it again.

Our driver Mike was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience so special for us. We both felt that we learned a lot. Our mule, Professor Longhair, was adorable and did a great job! This tour was great for me because my feet were so sore from walking the streets of NOLA for several days. It allowed us to see a lot without having to walk too much. Also, glad that the cemetery was a part of the tour. 5 stars all around.
