Thank you Get Your Guide for helping us by phone minute by minute, and for finding us a back-up solution before we even took off from Paris. Simply excellent!

When we booked this transfer we requested an English speaking driver. Our driver spoke no English and it was impossible to communicate with him. Leaving Delhi he took a wrong turn and as I was following the journey on Google Maps I tried to explain how to get back on the right road. He ignored me and we wasted 30 minutes before we restarted our journey. Similarly in Jaipur I had the map worked out to get to our hotel But again he took wrong turns and wasted time. We paid a top price to guarantee and English speaking driver and a superior vehicle. We unfortunately got neither, and therefore feel we were overcharged for what we received.

From Dehli okay, good driver, sufficient vehicle, dented typical of the country but okay. Really okay for the price. On the way back smaller vehicle, only space for a suitcase in the trunk, second had to be in the passenger seat. Driver looked extremely tired, yawned constantly and had trouble opening his eyes. Although he didn't fall asleep, he still had to keep an eye on him for the whole 4 hours. Actually a no go. My companion was always in fear.
