- The tide changes daily on Wharariki Beach, this will dictate what order the tour stops in; the itinerary will be communicated with you by your guide on the day
- Tour is approximately 6.5 hours of driving time from Nelson
- Basic fitness level required for a 1-hour walk along a sandy beach
- This part of the West Coast can be very windy; please dress appropriately in comfortable clothing, shoes, and a wind jacket
- It is recommended to bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses
