Start with pickup from a variety of locations on Naxos and first travel to the green valley of Gyroula. While there, visit the marble temple of the Goddess Demeter, which is one of the most important ancient monuments on the island.  Continue to Chalki village, an ancient commercial center and a place of beautiful Venetian architecture. You can also take an optional visit to a local "kitron" distillery and learn about liquor production, with tastings also included. Next, explore the village of Apiranthos located at the foot of Fanari mountain. Admire the beautiful views of Venetian Towers, marbled alleys, cozy tavernas, verandas, and traditional tiny shops with local products.  Take a short stroll through the village and hear about its history and traditions. Leaving Apiranthos behind, drive past Koronos village and the famous emery mines, before arriving at Apollonas.  See ancient marble quarries where you can admire an unfinished marble Kouros Statue that is 11 meters tall that is 2500-years-old. Have free time in a picturesque fishing village where you can go for a dip or purchase lunch.  Drive along the west coast, one of the most beautiful routes on the island with an amazing view of the ocean. Reach the village of Eggares and take a guided tour of the small olive press museum. Afterward, be returned to your pickup point.

Set sail from the small port in Naxos Town and cross the beautiful blue waters of the Aegean Sea. Cruise to the romantic island of Santorini, known for its trademark blue and white houses and an amazing volcanic landscape.  Admire stunning views of the caldera cliffs as you sail into Athinios Port. Board a bus on arrival and take a tour of the island's most beautiful sights. Head to the colorful village of Oia, hanging on the slopes of the caldera at the island's northen tip.  Have some free time to stroll the paved alleys of the village and admire its charming architecture. Continue to Fira and get some free time in the island's capital to ride the cable car or discover the largest gold market in Greece on Ypapantis street. Visit the restored Demeter’s temple in Sangri from circa 530 B.C. and the museum with local findings. Continue to the oldest Citron distillery of the Naxos, dating back to 1896, in Halki. The first stop is Demeter temple, a spectacular recently restored ancient temple from 530 BC. Apart from the impressive monument, you'll have the chance to visit the archeological museum located in the same area, and to check out some findings from the site. Continue the tour to Damalas, a cute little village in the heart of Tragea Valley where you'll enjoy a demonstration at the only remaining traditional pottery workshop and the traditional restored olive press. Then drive to Chalkio, a neoclassical village where you can walk in picturesque alleys, visit the traditional citron distillery/museum, and have an espresso while taking in the classy atmosphere. A visit to Panagia Drosiani, the oldest church on the Balcan Peninsula, is a must during your visit. Head then to the famous village of Naxos, Apiranthos, the “marble village," and stroll down marble cobbled streets and take loads of photos. Drive towards the north part of Naxos island to end up on the northeast edge in Apollonas, a small typical Cycladic village. Have a swim or just relax at one of the cafes by the sea. On the way back, stop by the impressive Kouros, a colossal unfinished statue from the 6th century BC, before returning to Chora, taking in gorgeous views along the way.

Amazing day trip!! Great way to see the entire island. Each stop was just the right amount of time to take in the area. The swim stop was refreshing and plenty of places to choose from if you wanted food or beverage. The guide was excellent and the driver managed those hairpin turns skillfully.. Highly recommend this tour to see Naxos, it is well worth the time and an excellent value.
