Nayem is the best guide you could wish for. He is very reliable, genuinely concerned about his customers, simply great. He takes his customers' wishes into account, plans the order of the highlights in the way that best fits into the schedule and gives lots of additional tips for good viewpoints or how to get past queues quickly. His flexibility and friendliness are particularly noteworthy. In a very clean car, he gives a good introduction to the next highlight in very good English. We thank Nayem for an unforgettable day and can warmly recommend Nayem to anyone who wants to get to know Lisbon, Sintra and many other beautiful places. Cathrin and Robert
