My guide Mahmoud was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He gave great recommendations and tips for where to buy souvenirs, good restaurants on different budgets, and how to haggle in the bazaar. The tour takes a leisurely pace with plenty of time in the Citadel and museum as well as optionsl stops for tea and shopping after lunch and heading to Khan El-Khalili in the afternoon. I would highly recommend this tour and Mahmoud as a guide, this was my first day in Cairo and it made for a great introduction.

We greatly enjoyed the Museum of Egyptian Civilization & Old Cairo tour. It was truly amazing to learn about the ancient artifacts and mummies displayed at the museum and to witness the beauty of the mosque in the citadel. We highly recommend our guide, Ahmed Zaki. He has a vast knowledge of the history of Egypt and did an excellent job of explaining everything in a way that was simple and easy to understand.

Amazing experience. His English was superb! He knew the city well and you could tell he is good at his job as he knew many people and everyone he knew had a very warm welcome for him. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a guide. I couldn't be more impressed and content with my experience.

We had a great day with our guide Ayman. Wealth of explanations on each site and kindness, flexibility and professionalism. Very good choice of restaurant for lunch. We felt like with a friend who wanted us to discover the riches of his city as well as possible.
