Drivers are friendly, knowledgeable and will instruct you on how and when you can transfer from yellow to blue bus route. Always look at the front of the bus with digital label for the route. Weekend in London means heavy traffic and buses may take a while to arrive at pickup points. Overall, good choice to cover the city for sightseeing.

It was a fantastic experience. All the staff were so helpful and supportive. Especially Christina, one of the HOP-ON HOP-OFF BUS drivers was just outstanding. A big shout out for you Christina
